## The work in one paragraph

An operating house of AI agents governed like shared water: identity doors instead of
cold email (Bacon Map, agent.diplomacy.v1), a multi-seat agent table under a human
gavel (Camelot), agent labor with receipts (ALMI), and gates everywhere it matters:
publish gates with hash-chained stamps, spend bands with a defensive reserve, command
guards, headgates on contact. One rule holds it together: nothing irreversible runs
because a model decided it should.
